IMPORTANT: Our store now uses SSL encryption everywhere.  When savvy shoppers visit our store for the first time, they look for clues that tell them it's safe to buy from us. WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of payment (+2 days during a holiday season).
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

*additional processing time may be required during major holidays as Christmas, Mother's Day or Father's Day. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
The ceramic coffee mugs will be delivered within 2-5 business days (it depends on your location). Some of our products come from different suppliers. To keep our costs down and pass the savings on to you, we shop for the best suppliers that can get your product manufactured and delivered in a timely manner with the best quality. If your product shipped from our supplier (which happens very rare), please allow a few additional days (+2-4 days) for the order processing.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our products are located in a few USA warehouses. 

WILL YOU BE ADDING MORE PRODUCTS?
We are focused on sourcing the best products for our customers, as a result, we are constantly researching and adding new quality products or designs (for print on demand products) to our store.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
We have a flat rate fee of $5.99. If your order is over $100.00, you'll qualify for a FREE shipping (continental only).

ORDER CANCELLATION

We can't cancel your order without our warehouse approval, unfortunately. We work with a few warehouses, and your order may have already been processed and shipped at the time of the cancellation.

 WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards through Shopify payment processor, PayPal, MetaPay, ShopPay or Amazon Pay.
